My name is Landon Kinney – a husband, a father, and pretty normal guy. My background is Civil Engineering and it currently my profession. I have always enjoyed learning and teaching – but never the typical classroom setting. Yet, I am sometimes left in awe by wonderful and thoughtful teachers. If we had more powerful, life-changing teachers in our world, it would be a better place. I want to share some ideas that can help people be those better teachers the world need.s
Shout out to Mr. Gural, who showed me how powerful math can be (and that I could do it!); to Dr. Joe (R.I.P.) who taught complex engineering principles in RP (Regular person) terms; to the numerous Sunday School teachers who helped build my faith and values; and to the many thought leaders of today, each sharing their own powerful message to the world.
